doesn't know whether to smile or cry

how comes in life when you think everything is starting to go right,
something has to go wrong? i am living my life the best i can, i will never regret the time, i just regret the pain. but i believed, everything happens for a reason.

i'll never admit it..

HEARTBREAK

feels like , so i'll never admit

these three words

"I LOVE YOU"

ACT AS 'IF' .

"I've been hurt really bad, i know in my head i should forgive this person but i don't feel like it in my heart."

Tammy told Ruth :(

"Do it anyway," Ruth urged. "But but wouldn't i be a Hypocrite?" Tammy asked.

"There are 2 parts to Forgiveness," Ruth explained.

"One part has to do with your will, it's the decision you make. this is the action part of Forgiveness..

BEING MERCIFUL IN ACTION, you don't have to feel merciful to be merciful. you can act as if you were merciful. it isn't being a hypocrite if this is a choice you've made."

"OK! i can act as if," Tammy replied. "But what about the feeling?"

"That's GOD part," Ruth replied, "If we do our part and choose to Forgive, then GOD will do His part and supply the feeling of Forgiveness."

"i think i'm beginning to understand," Tammy said.

"Have you tried it?" Tammy wanted to know.

"YES!" Ruth answered.

"Once a women criticized me severely. i was hurt and angry and cried about it for days. the more i cried, the more i hated her for what she'd done.

Then i sensed the LORD speaking to me :

"RUTH, YOU'VE GOT TO FORGIVE HER."

How, Lord?

"ACT AS IF SHE'S YOUR BESTFRIEND."

GOD whispered to Ruth..

"So, i did. I sent her a notes. i gave her a little gift. i met her with a smile and a hug. i performed the actions,

and sure enough. GOD supplied the feelings, we become Good Friends."

Merciful in action,

kindly in Heart..
